Graveside services for Willie L. Nielsen, 92, of Delhi, LA were held at 12:00 PM, Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Epps Cemetery, Epps, LA with Bro. Jay Morgan and Bro. Ronnie Garrett officiating under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mr. Willie was born August 5, 1931 in Delhi, LA and passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024 in Delhi, LA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise McMillan Nielsen; parents, Tom and Callie Nielsen; 8-brothers; 4-sisters, and special companion, Jeannette W. Monroe.

Survivors include his children, Willie R. Nielsen and wife, Becky of Delhi, LA and Julie Hale and husband, Glyn of Epps, LA; 6-grandchildren, 20-great grandchildren, and 4-great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Keith Antley, Chris McKinney, Jason “Brother” Nielsen, Mitch Nielsen, Dalton Nielsen, and Joe Nielsen.
