Mr. Bill is preceded in death by his father, Manuel Lavell Prince.

Survivors include his companion, Patsy Adkins of Hebert, LA; son, Jason Prince of Start, LA; granddaughter, Jasmine Prince of Gilbert, LA; mother, Doris Prince of London, AR; brothers, Mike Prince of London, AR; Bonnie Prince of Hebert, LA; Mitchell Prince of Alexandria, LA.; sisters, Kay Molton of Hebert, LA; Debbie Dove of Bastrop, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
