Velma Lee Viola Nolan was born December 21, 1953 in Matthew, MS and passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 in Rayville, LA.

Velma is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Nolan, Sr.; parents, Roy and Angie Lewis; 11-brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her children, Vanessa Tibbs, Rebecca Thomas and husband, Tony, Billy Nolan, Jr. and wife, Sarah, and Patricia Nolan; 15-grandchildren and 13-great grandchildren; sister, Claire Barrient and husband, Billy; and brothers, Artis Lewis and Dennis Lewis and wife, June.
