Funeral services for Thelma Lee Gill, 94, of Bastrop, LA were held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the Brown-Holley Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. Gary Guice, Jr. officiating. Interment was in the Lynn Cemetery, Archibald, LA under the direction on Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA

Mrs. Thelma was born June 16, 1929 in Rayville, LA and passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023 in Bastrop, LA.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bobby” Gill; parents, Cleave and Lona Bradshaw, sons, Troy Hughes, Jr.; James Gary Hughes; brother, Thomas Wade Bradshaw; sisters, Lougenia Glass; Louise Munholland; Kathleen Eager; Linda Kay Mott; Mary Jane Copeland; and stepmother, Nettie Lee Bradshaw.

Survivors include her children, Beverly Price and husband, Bill; Todd Hughes and wife, Sandra; step children, Ann Jenkins; Susan Watt; Glenn Gill; Peggy Handy; daughters-in-laws, Ruth Hughes and Cindy Hughes; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; brothers, Buddy Bradshaw and wife, Ida; Donald Bradshaw and wife, Gayle; and John Bradshaw and wife, Julie; sisters, Jeanette Bichsel and husband, Chuck; Annette Guimbellot; and Betty Evans; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Eric Price, Greg Hughes, Frank Hales, Chuck Bichsel, Brandon Laird, and Gary Guice, Jr. Honorary pallbearers were Corey Hughes and Kaleb Fowler.
