Terri Denise Townsend, 63, of Oak Grove, LA, was born on March 15, 1961, in Monroe, LA and passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, in Bastrop, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Sarah Williams.

Survivors include her children Ryan Townsend and wife, Jessica of Oak Grove, LA, Patrick Townsend of Oak Grove, LA and Carol Williams and husband, Allen of Oak Grove, LA; 2-grandchildren, Ayden Townsend and Remy Townsend; brothers, Steve Williams and wife, Allison and Paul Williams, Sr. and wife, Annette; sister, Debbie Crowe and husband, Dennis; father of her children, Richard Townsend; and a host of nieces and nephews.
