Sherry (Twiner) Nelson

Sherry Nelson, 73, of Columbia, LA was born November 16, 1951 and passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024 at her residence in Columbia, LA.

Sherry will have services 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at Gwin Cemetery in Mangham, LA.

Sherry was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Nelson; parents, Everett and Louise Twiner; and nephew, Timmy Poole.

Survivors include her stepchildren, Mary Turner, Lisa Nelson, and Beverly Acklin; grandchildren, Jordyn MaKenzie, Jesse Daniel, and one on the way, Jayce Rivers; sister, Brenda McGraw and husband, Larry; nephews, Sherman Poole and Daryl Poole; and niece, Brittany Poole.
