Mrs. Shelia P. Kelly, 66, of Rayville, LA was born August 7, 1958 in Monroe, LA and passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 in Oak Grove, LA.

Mrs. Shelia was preceded in death by her parents, George Schaffer and Johnny Griffin.

Survivors include her children, Raymond W. Little Jr. of Rayville, Shannon R. Chandler of Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Marissa Hamilton, Devin Little, Logan Chowns, Blake Chowns; great grandchildren, Brynleigh Chowns, Owen Chowns, Waylon Chowns, Adeline Chowns; sisters, Mary Smith and husband, Jim, Lelia Harveston; numerous nieces and nephews.
