Memorial services for Shannon Hendershot, 54, of West Monroe, LA were held at 11:00 AM, Monday, April 14, 2025 at the Rayville Methodist Church, Rayville, LA with Bro. Aaron Carpenter officiating. A fellowship with the family was held after the service at the church.

Shannon was born April 3, 1971 in West Monroe, LA and passed away Friday, April 11, 2025 in West Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Marsha Hendershot.

Survivors include her children, Billy Smith and wife, Ashleigh of Monroe, LA and Bailee Smith of West Monroe, LA; sister, Shellie Hendershot and fiancé, Todd Telano of Rayville, LA; nephews, Matthew Charles Yates of Bossier City, LA and John David Yates of Bossier City, LA; and her numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
