Shane was born January 5, 1972 in Monroe, LA and passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 in Delta, LA.

Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Gena Carroll of Gheens, LA; stepchildren, Nicholas Adams of Franklin, LA and Alexis Adams of Gheens, LA; mother, Billie Goforth of Rayville; father, Walter Carroll and wife, Doris of Rayville; siblings, Danny Carroll and wife, Inez of Rayville and Leah Carroll of Rayville; maternal grandmother, Edwina Burrier; and his numerous nieces and nephews.
