Sandy Franks Overstreet, 65, of Start, LA was born February 2, 1958 in Rayville, LA and passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023 in West Monroe, LA. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Louise Franks; brother, Donnie Franks; sister, Ethel Smith.

Survivors include her children, Joey King and wife, Teresa of Jena, LA; Desiree “Niki” King and husband, Michael Funderburk, Sr. of Start, LA; Dustin King of Rayville, LA; 7-grandchildren; 1-great grandchild; brother, Arnie Franks; sisters, Linda Stovall; Brenda Duffey and husband, Bill; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family request that any donation be made directly to the funeral home to help offset the cost of the funeral expenses.
