Roy Ray Cowart, 57, of Delhi, LA was born May 28, 1967 in Fort Bennett, GA and passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024 in Farmerville, LA

Mr. Roy was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Naveah Cowart; father, Roy M. Cowart; and mother, Frances Cook.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Angela Cowart; children, April Cowart, Phillip Cowart, Heather Cowart; grandchildren, Logan Anderson, Diana Jolenne Cowart, Alexander Ray Cole Cowart; sisters, Sherry Pennington and Wanda Cowart; niece, Chasity Cowart; and nephew, Allen Cowart.
