Funeral services for Roger Levon Ivy, Sr., 81, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. Joel Parker officiating. Interment followed in the Greer Cemetery, Rayville, LA.

Mr. Roger was born October 31, 1940 in Rayville, LA and passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 in Rayville, LA. He is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Barbara Ivy; parents, J.T. and Myrtle Ivy; brothers, Ronald, John, and Lavelle Ivy; and sisters, Myrtice Taylor and Helen Hogard.

Survivors include his children, Kathy Crumby of Swartz, Roger “Buddy” Ivy, Jr. of Rayville, and William Ivy and wife, Sarah of Holly Ridge; grandchildren, Jon Crumby, Kayla Crumby, Tyler Ivy, Skylar Ivy, and Mea Ivy; great grandchildren, Allan Crumby, Adrean Crumby, Trinity Baer, Alannah Cassels, and Maverick Ivy; and his brothers, Clarence Ivy and Douglas Ivy and wife, Vicky.

Pallbearers were Jon Dillon Crumby, Tyler Ivy, Skylar Ivy, Jason Little, Dakota Little, and Jeremy Brown. Honorary pallbearer was Josh Carter.
