Funeral services for Robert Franklin, Jr., 87, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:30 P.M., Friday, May 14, 2021 at Brown-Holley Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Grove, LA with Roger Stoffer officiating. Interment will follow to Forest Corner Cemetery in Forest, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Oak Grove, LA.  

Mr. Robert was born on May 28, 1933 in Zwolle, LA and passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 in West Monroe, LA. He his preceded in death by his parents, Robert Franklin, Sr., and Clara Taylor Franklin; granddaughter, Stephanie Breaux; and sisters, Vera Ingles and Dorothy Aikens.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Christine Warren Franklin of West Monroe, LA; sons, Robert K. Franklin III and wife, Sheri of Lake Charles, LA, Kevin Franklin and wife, Tiffany of Heflin, LA; bonus sons, Randy Breaux and wife, Treshan of Downsville, LA, Tim Breaux and wife, Nancy of Ozark, MO; honorary son, Bubba Waldron of Shreveport, LA; grandchildren, Amber Durio and husband, Cade, Michael Franklin and wife, Becca, Jake Franklin, Sarah Waldron and husband, Matt, Justin Breaux and wife, Erica, Dusty Breaux and wife, Kayla, Ellie Breaux Thomas and husband, Preston and Carter Breaux; great grandchildren, Ella Durio, Drake Durio, Erin Breaux, Dustin Breaux, and Zoey Breaux.

Pallbearers are Randy Breaux, Tim Breaux, Cade Durio, Colin Curtis, Harry Murray, Wendell Bridges.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the West Monroe Guest House and Rehabilitation Center and Acsend Hospice.  

Visitation will be Friday, May 14, 2021 from 10:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. at Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Oak Grove, LA.
