Memorial services for Richard Wayne McMahon, 54, of Baskin, LA were held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Friendship Baptist Church, Baskin, LA with Bro. Prentis Gandy officiating. 

Richard was born November 5, 1968 in Natchez, MS and passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023 in Baskin, LA. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He enjoyed working on his car and working in the garden. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Ernestine McMahon; and brother, “Bo” McMahon.

Survivors include his sons, Austin McDaniel and wife, Cheyenne of OK and Marshall McMahon of Winnsboro, LA; grandson, Braxton McDaniel; granddaughter, Brynleigh McDaniel; stepson, Daniel Talbert; sisters, Tina McMahon and Steven Atkison of Baskin, LA and Victoria Pogue and husband, James of West Monroe, LA; brother, Brian Piercy and wife, Hope of Rayville, LA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
