Memorial services for Richard R. Quintana, 66, of Rayville, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 6, 2023 at Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Rayville, LA.

Mr. Richard was born December 24. 1956 in Green Bay, WI and passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023 in Rayville, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Dorothy Quintana; granddaughter, Gabrielle Ruch; and brother, Joey Quintana.

Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Harris; children, Michelle Ruch and Fiancé, Cameron Hanson; Nicole Mitchusson; Richard Roy Quintana, Jr. and wife, Tonya; Jay Mark Quintana; step-children, Tina Cielatka and husband, Brian; Jeffrey Harris; grandchildren, William Ruch; Bailey Ruch, Ryleigh Quintana; Benjamin Welcher; Richard Roy Quintana, III; Reagan Quintana; Jasmine Welcher; brothers, Steven Quintana; John Michael Quintana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
