Survivors include his sisters, Diana Reddick of Start, La; Patsy King of Gilbert; Phyllis Ellis and husband, Patrick of Florence, MS; brothers, Tony R. King of Gilbert, LA; Allen Wayne Edwards, Sr. and wife, Betty of Delhi, LA; Lester Alvin Edwards and wife, Sherry or Rayville, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
