Richard Walker was born May 28, 1965 in Monroe, LA and passed away Friday, April 3, 2020 in Transylvania, LA. He is preceded in death by his father, Fate Walker; his brothers, John Walker and Terry Walker.

Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Pam Walker of Transylvania; sons, Richard “Richie” Walker and wife, Jordan of Crosset, AR, Mark Allen Newby and Brittany Dukes of Forest, and Dennis Lee Newby and Danielle Stewart of Transylvania; grandchildren, Grayson Walker, Holden Walker, Dessiray Newby, Mark Allen “Lil Man” Newby, Ryder Dukes, Rowdy Dukes, Shelton Newby, Tristan Newby, and Rylleigh Newby; mother, Ellen Walker of Start; sister, Mary Ellerbe and husband, Robert of Start; brothers, Joe Walker and wife, Tammy of Start, Fate “PeeWee” Walker, Tim Walker and wife, Linda of Start, and Mike Walker of Start; and numerous nieces and nephews.
