Funeral services for Raymond E. Hagood, 74, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. Charles Ellzey officiating. Interment was in the Start Cemetery, Start, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Raymond was born May 5, 1950 in Rayville, LA and passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024 in Bernice, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Avel Hagood; and brother, Thomas Hagood.

Survivors include his sons, Bryan Hagood of Rayville, LA and Ronnie Hagood of Hebert, LA, LA; 9-grandchildren and 1-great grandchild; siblings, Mack Hagood and wife, Nelda Sue of Rayville, LA, Annie Grissom and husband, Steve of Rayville, LA, Mary Moore and husband, Louis of Rayville, LA, Buddy Hagood of Delhi, LA, and Bobby Hagood of Rayville, LA; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Pallbearers were Buddy Hagood, Timothy Grissom, Bobby Hagood, Joseph Moore, Brit Eubanks, and Tony Walker. Honorary pallbearer was Dustin Sanchez.
