Memorial services for Patricia “Pattie” Phillips will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the First Baptist Church of Swartz, LA with Bro. Jay George officiating.

Patricia “Pattie” Phillips ,70, of Monroe, LA was born September 14, 1952 in Coco Solo, Panama and passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023 in Monroe, LA. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Pattie was a member of the Swartz First Baptist Church and a member of the American Quarter Horse Association. She managed the Great American Cookie Company in the Pecanland Mall in Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gloria M. Dominquez and Robert Earl Freeland; and niece, Kathy Blaylock.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, John Phillips of Monroe, LA; children, John Brian Phillips and wife, Tracy of Ewa Beach, HI, Jason Curtis Phillips and wife, Jamie of Grayson, LA, and Jared Robert Phillips and wife, Lisa of West Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Chelsea DeCorte and husband, Blake, John A. Phillips, Jeremy A. Phillips, Dillan Thomas, Jake Phillips, Jessica Phillips, Cassandra Phillips, and Paige Phillips; great grandchildren, Makenzie, Aubrey, Camille, Karter, and Kennedi; siblings, Robert Freeland, Barbara Blaylock, Michael Freeland, and William Freeland; and stepmother, Sara Freeland.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the First Baptist Church of Swartz.
