Nadine Mason Allen

Funeral services for Nadine Mason Allen, 78, of Shreveport, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Oak Grove, LA with Bro. Chad Hardbarger officiating. Interment will be in the Kilbourne Cemetery, Kilbourne, LA. 

Mrs. Nadine was born January 28, 1944 in Lake Providence, LA.  After being healed many times over from various illnesses, she was healed for eternity and met our Lord, Jesus Christ with no more pain and suffering on Friday, November 18, 2022 in Bossier City, LA. 

Mrs. Nadine was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church, Shreveport, LA for many years. Mrs. Nadine worked as an LPN for over 19 years mostly at Holy Angels Residential, Shreveport, LA working with children and adults with special needs. She devoted her life to taking care of her loved ones and carried her faith in God everywhere. Her legacy is in the strength, love, and friendship she showed to many friends and loved ones who will miss her dearly. She is preceded in death by her son, Randal Wade Allen and parents, Carlos and Ruby Mason. 

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, William “Bill” Allen of Shreveport, LA; son, Charles Andrew “Andy” Allen and wife, Lori of Bethany, LA; daughter-in-law, Angela Allen of Mt Vernon; grandchildren, Donald, Emilie, Tyler, Hannah, Victoria, and Joshua; and sisters, Net Robinson of Lake Providence, LA, Mary Ann Allen(Bernice) of Lake Providence, LA, and Shirley Smith of Oak Grove, LA; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Pallbearers will be Timothy Allen, Joey Graves, Jimmy Robinson, Neal McVay, Sr., Tyler Allen, and Donald Allen. 

Visitation will be 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Oak Grove, LA.
