Funeral services for Mike Lewis, 59, of Oak Ridge, LA were held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the First Baptist Church, Rayville, LA  with Terry Parker and Edward Greer officiating. Interment followed in the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mr. Mike was born April 21, 1959 in Bastrop, LA and passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 in Mississippi.

Mr. Mike was a veteran with the United States Navy. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Albert Lewis, Sr. and Francis Nell Lewis; and his sisters, Carolyn West and Mary Helen Truesdale.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Laura Lewis of Oak Ridge; children, Alan Carter of Rayville, David Walker and wife, Kristi of West Monroe, Michael Lewis, Jr. of Monroe, Heather Rogers and husband, Mark of Monroe, Kristy Cummins of Monroe, Michaela Lewis and fiancée, Skyler Humble of Rayville, and Morgan Lewis of Oak Ridge; grandchildren, Austin Walker, Jackson Walker, Kelcey Cummins, Brason Cummins, and Colton Rogers; siblings, James Albert Lewis, Jr. and wife, Dannie of Summit, MS, Bruce Lewis and wife, Jacque of Delhi, Annette Powell and husband, Larry of Epps, and Charles Ratcliff of FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were T.J. Parker, Chip Hixon, Wade Thames, Edward Greer, Tim Branch, and Pat Patrick. Honorary pallbearers were Alan Thompson and Dion Branch.
