Funeral services for May "Dee" Delores Belcher, 87, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Friday, September 19, 2025 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Pastor Justin Clark officiating. Interment was in the Greer Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

May was born February 9, 1938 in Rayville, LA and passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 16, 2025 surrounded by her family at her residence in Rayville, LA.

Dee was a member of the Grace Baptist Church and recently was attending Rayville First Baptist Church. She loved to go on any adventure. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Dee was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Archie Belcher; son, Leonard Ward Belcher; parents, William and Ruby McCullough; and brother, Robert Joseph “Bobby Joe” McCullough.

Survived by her sons, Leslie Wade Belcher (Lori) and Lindsey Wynn Belcher (Diana); daughter-in-law, Glenda Belcher (Ward); sister-in-law Debbie (Bobby Joe); grandchildren, Cameron Wade Belcher (Brittany), Quentin Taylor Belcher, and William James “BJ” Belcher; great grandchildren, Bailey Jo Belcher, Jameson Wade Belcher, Christian Michael Belcher, Leonidas “Leo” James Belcher; Nephew, Anthony “Tony” Martin McCullough, Niece, Bobbi Jo Bramlett; and a host of cousins.

Pallbearers were Wade Belcher, Wynn Belcher, BJ Belcher, Cameron Belcher, Quentin Belcher and Ralph Chapman.
