Funeral services for Maurice Nicholas Garay, age 19, of Oak Grove, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Brown-Holley Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Grove, LA with Bro. Archie Halley officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Grove, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Oak Grove, LA.                  

Maurice was born on March 2, 2000 in Monroe, LA and passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 in Shreveport, LA. He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Sue Garay.  

Survivors include his father, Nicandro "Texas" Garay of Oak Grove, LA; brother, Ricky Meziere and wife, Tia of Haynesville, LA; and nieces and nephews, Dayton Meziere, Desiree Meziere, Emily Meziere, and Cali Meziere.   

Pallbearers will be Dayton Meziere, Matthew Meziere, Dylan Meziere, Randy Thornhill, Michael Ferrel, and Tristian Bautista.

Visitation is 5:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Monday, February 24, 2020 at Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Oak Grove, LA.
