Funeral services for Mary Faye Hines Cooper, 90, of Mangham, LA will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Mangham First Assembly of God Church, Mangham, LA with Bro. David Moseley and Bro. Tim Zuber officiating. Interment will be in Prewitt Cemetery, Mangham, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
Faye was born August 7, 1935 in Bolton, MS and passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025 surrounded by her family.
Faye was a member of the Mangham First Assembly of God Church. She retired from the General Motors Guide Light Plant in Monroe, LA. She was married to Clifton “Bully” Edward Hines who has preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death is her parents, JW and Zula Rowlin; brother, “Dub”; sisters, Ruth, Myrner, Myrlene, Celeste, and June; stepdaughter, Kathy Hibbard.
Survivors include her husband of 14 years, Wylie Alton Cooper of Mangham; children, Larry Hines and wife, Jean of Mangham, Sharon McDonald of Crowville, Carolyn Shanas of Mangham, Lynn Thompson and husband, Rusty of Monroe, Patti Ford of West Monroe, and Wayne Hines of Mangham; stepchildren, Cindy Miller and husband, Mike, Mickey Alden and husband, Forest, Brian Cooper and wife, JoAnne; 18-grandchildren and step grandchildren; 28-great grandchildren and step great grandchildren; and 2-great-great granddaughters; and her precious cat, Gracie she raised with a bottle.
Pallbearers will be Payton Wayne Hines, Brodey LeBeaux, Jonas Gilmore, James Hines, Dustin Posey, and Jaiden McDonald
Honorary pallbearers are Bill Cheek, Daniel Garcia, Jimmy McDonald, and Shane Hibbard.
Visitation will be 8:00 AM till 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 10, 2025 at Mangham First Assembly of God Church.
