Interment was in the Start Cemetery, Start, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Mary was born September 10, 1938 in Start, LA and passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025 in Rayville, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Russell; son, Marty Russell; parents, Horace and Roberta Moore; sisters, Martha Amos and Irene Jones; and brother, Carl Moore.

Survivors include her children, Charles Russell and Donald Russell and wife, Sandra; grandchildren, Clayton Russell, Abbey, Bailey, Cole, Brodie, Cutler, Tryschen, and Kenley; and siblings, George Moore, Barbara McCormick and husband, Roy, Gloria Stanley and husband, Robert, and Dennis Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Roy Tarver, Tyler Cheek, Ricky Smith, David Moore, Larry Bennett, and Ricky Farrell.
