Funeral services for Mark L. Williams, 44, of Start, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. Joe Hooter officiating. Interment was in the Newton Cemetery, Delhi, LA.

Mr. Mark was born May 12, 1976 in Monroe, LA and passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 in Monroe, LA.

Mr. Mark worked as an Oil Field Driller. He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Harold Williams, Sr.

Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Tonia Williams of Start; daughter, Chelsey Goodwin of Prairie Grove, AR; mother, Martha Johnston of Delhi; siblings, Lesia Mooney and husband, Tony of Start, Marshall Williams and wife, Rita of Start, Timmy Johnston of Delhi, Stevie Johnston of Delhi, Cecil Williams of Amarillo, TX, Joe Williams and wife, Alicia of Jena, Sherwin Williams and wife, Jennifer of Jeana, and Wiley Powell of Purvis, MS; and his numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Landon Cross, Michael Copes, Lane McMillian, Stacy McVay, Tony Mooney, and Greg Davis.
