Mrs. Marcia was born September 24, 1953 in Monroe, LA and passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025 in Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Mattie Foster.

Survivors include her husband of 53 ½ years, John Hillis; daughter, Michelle Hillis; grandchildren, Karly Hunt, Lucas Hunt, Izzy Hunt, Chloe Parker; siblings, Phyllis Hammond, Jeannie Lord; and numerous nieces and nephews.
