Luke Alexander Holdiness

Graveside services for Luke Alexander Holdiness, 40, of Mangham, LA will be held at 1:30 P.M., Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Rayville, LA with Bro. Keith Stevens officiating. Under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Luke was born on March 28, 1986, in Monroe, LA and passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026 in Mangham, LA. Luke was loving and caring of his family and everyone he met.  He loved the Lord and never missed an opportunity to tell people about Jesus.  His big sensitive heart saw way too much violence in Afghanistan and the battles finally had their day.  He will be loved and missed by us all.

Luke was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Holdiness, Jr. and spouse, Ann and Odel Bullard and spouse, Annie Rae.

Survivors include his parents, John and Pattie Holdiness of Mangham, LA.; sister, Christina Holdiness and spouse, Naxely of Highland, CA.; brother, Frank Boughton Holdiness and spouse, Jessica of Riverside, CA.

Pallbearers will be Isaac Mercer, Tommy Mercer, Dr. E. Corey Pierce, Gary Williams, Heath Williams, Frank Holdiness.

Honorary pallbearers will be Christopher Culotta and Paul Mercer.

Visitation will be 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
