Funeral services for Linda Joyce Ivy, 72, of Rayville, LA were held at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 8, 2021 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel in Rayville. Interment followed at 2:00 PM in the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Rayville under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Ms. Linda was born July 21, 1949 in Electra, TX and passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 in West Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Ronald E. Ivy; parents, Robert and Mary Owen; brother, Robert Dewayne Owen; and her sister; Sandra Gayle Owen.  

Survivors include her children, Anunda Montez of Start, LA; Anthony Ivy and wife, Shannon of Tulsa, OK; Patrick Ivy of Monroe, LA; Shelly Ivy of Rayville, LA; Christopher Ivy and wife, Sarah of Delhi, LA; 14-grandchildren; 10-great grandchildren; siblings, Jerry Owen of Lubbock, TX; Debbie Steele and husband, Charlie of Dalton, GA; Ricky Lynn Owen and wife, Jimmie of Peach Tree, GA; Greg Owen of Electra, TX; special granddaughter and caregiver, Amanda Ivy and fiancé Michael Hart; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were James Montez, Patrick Ivy, Chris Ivy, Clarence Ivy, and Doug Huffaker.

Honorary Pallbearers were Michael Hart, Austin Gilbert, and Todd Ivy.
