Funeral services for Laura Louise Twiner, 87, of Winnsboro, LA were held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 6, 2022 at the Mangham Assembly of God, Mangham, LA with Bro. Calvin Stapp officiating. Internment will followed Gwin Cemetery, Mangham, LA under the direction Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Laura was born May 8, 1935 in Monroe, LA and passed away Monday, August 1, 2022 in Winnsboro, LA. She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Everett Twiner; grandson, Timmy Poole; parents, Jule Fillmore Gilley, Sr. and Myrtle Charlotte Gilley; sisters, Lydia M. Brunson and Barbara O. Cannon; brothers, Jule F. Gilley, Jr. and Charles T. Gilley; and her son-in-law, Kenneth Nelson.

Survivors include her daughters, Brenda McGraw and husband, Larry of Rayville and Sherry Nelson of Hebert; grandchildren, Sherman Poole and fiancé, Sabrina Humphries, Jimmie Daryl Poole and wife, Tonia, Allie Lee, and Jess Lee; great grandchildren, Brittany Poole, Brayden Poole, Peyton Poole, Jesse Richmond, Hannah Ryan and husband, Colton, Hunter Roland, Harley Peavey, Jesse Herrington, and Jordan Barnette; great-great grandchildren, Jaylon Poole and Kohen Poole; and her numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers were Sherman Poole, Jimmy D. Poole, Brayden Poole, Peyton Poole, Hunter Roland, and Kelly Gilley.
