Funeral services for Kenneth Ray Hawsey, Sr., 68, of Pioneer, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 16, 2021 at New Hope Church of God in Pioneer, LA with Bro. Larry Murphy and Bill Duckworth officiating. Interment will follow to the Unity Cemetery in Pioneer, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Oak Grove, LA.
Mr. Kenneth was born on June 7, 1952 in Delhi, LA and passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 in Pioneer, LA. He his preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Lafayette Hawsey and Lethea Irene Hawsey.
Survivors include his wife, Sherri Lenard Hawsey of Pioneer, LA; son, Kenneth “Kenny” Ray Hawsey, Jr. of Sherwood, AR; sister, Linda Smith; brothers, Thomas Hawsey and Danny Hawsey: and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Megan Williams, Corey Williams, Franklin Williams, Jerry Duckworth, Brad Smith, and M.L. Henderson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Williams, David Duckworth, Richard Lenard, and Marcus Coleman.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 5:30 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the church.
