Graveside services for Kenneth Brown Reeves, 74, of Calhoun, LA were held at 2:30 PM, Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Harris Cemetery, Crowville, LA with Bro. John Skinner officiating under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
Kenneth was born December 9, 1950 in Winnsboro, LA and passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025 at his residence in Calhoun, LA with his family.
He loved his family and the relationship with them, drinking coffee on the porch and “Shooting the Bull”. Kenneth also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was the love of Lenita’s life for 34 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Brown Reeves and Flossie Reeves; siblings, Mack Reeves, Rudolph Reeves, Billy Wayne Reeves, Charles “Buddy” Reeves, and Linda Sue Parks; and in laws, James H. Foster and Phoebe Deshazo Foster.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Lenita F. Reeves; children, Nikki Reeves and fiancé, Robert Mason, Tiffany Travis, James Wilkerson, and Joey Reeves; grandchildren, Lauren, Luke, Zac, Drake, Lainey, Ryan, and Mason; siblings, Mary Spence and Donnie Reeves (Betty).
Pallbearers were Harrell Reeves, Matthew Reeves, James Wilkerson, Joey Reeves, Robert Mason, Luke Cannon, Ceth Hanner, and Ben Womack.
Honorary pallbearers were Donnie Reeves, Tommy Carr, Ricky Davis, Ron Boraten, Charles Wilkerson, Eli Hanner, Will Stringer, Blake Boraten, Paul Davis, Dewayne Reeves, Tucker Reeves, Glen Spence, Joe Hogan, and Buddy Cowart.
