Funeral services for Kathy Parker Toney, 61, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. Robert Stroud and Mr. Walter Hillman officiating. Interment was in the Greer Cemetery, Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Kathy was born August 21, 1961 in Rayville, LA and passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023 in Rayville, LA after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Geraldine Parker; and grandmother, Gracie Belle Parker.

Survivors include her husband of 12 years, Jimmy Toney of Rayville; son, Benton Edward Barmore; grandchildren, Abigail Grace Barmore, Mary Elizabeth Barmore, and Isaac Benton Barmore; sister, Lisa Parker; brother, James Edward Parker, Jr.; nice, Meagan Raynor; and three great nephews.

Pallbearers were Brad Lively, Walter Hillman, Alfred Hardman, Jared Twiner, Josh Toney, and Roy Barmore. Honorary pallbearers were Jessie Lively and Clay Corley.
