Jimmie Neil Turbeville

Graveside Services for Mr. Jimmie Neil Turbeville, age 65, of Douglas, Georgia will be held at Baskin Cemetery Baskin, Louisiana on Friday, November 8th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Turbeville passed away suddenly on October 22, 2024 due to an accident.

Mr. Turbeville was born July 12, 1959, in Winnsboro, Louisiana, to the late Herman “Hot” Turbeville and the late Georgia Lewis Turbeville. He was currently a cotton gin operator for Tri County Gin Douglas, Georgia and had been in the cotton production/repair industry for the last 40 years. He was a member of the Sanctuary Church and also an NRA Instructor.

Mr. Turbeville is survived by his son Christopher Turbeville and wife Christi of Start, Louisiana; 2 step children, Haley and Gunner Flint of Douglas Georgia; special daughter Nicole Massey and husband Joshua of Archibald, Louisiana; 3 brothers:  Rodney Turbeville of Douglas Georgia, Wayne Turbeville of Liberty Texas, Chad Turbeville of Winnsboro, Louisiana; 6 grand children and 1 great grandchild; along with numerous niece, nephews, and many friends.
