Jerry Wayne Dukes

Memorial services for Jerry Wayne Dukes, 64, of Mer Rouge, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 15, 2021 at the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Rayville, LA with Rev. B. F. Sellers officiating.

Mr. Jerry was born August 16, 1957 in Vicksburg, LA and passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 10, 2021 in West Monroe, LA surrounded by his family.  Mr. Jerry was a proud Navy veteran serving 18 years. He served on the USS Aubrey Fitch and on the submarine George Bancroft. While in the Navy he held the titles of Missile Tech 1st Class and Data Systems 1st Class.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Sonny and Sybil Dukes.

Survivors include his brother, Mike Dukes and wife, Debra; favorite niece, Tiffany Woodall and husband, Robbie; great nephews, Matthew Lee; Noah Lee; Cole Woodall; and his extended Sellers family, Rev. B. F. Sellers and wife, Dollie; Billy Sellers and wife, Stacy; and Kylie Sellers.
