Funeral services for Jeffrey Moore, 36, of Start, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 22, 2022 at Start Baptist Church, Start, LA with Bro. Justin Roush and Bro. Jeff Thomas officiating. Interment followed in the Start Cemetery under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Jeffrey was born September 16, 1985 and passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022 in Start, LA. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Felix and Virginia Moore and Billy and Margaret McCartney; his aunts and uncle, Kathy Turnage, Wally McCartney, and Mary Roney.

Survivors include his sons, Graham Moore and Patrick Moore; parents, David and Tammi Moore; brothers, Johnathan Moore and wife, Alison and Joshua Moore (Twin brother) and wife, Holly; nieces and nephews, Alexander Moore, Sophia Kathryn Moore, William Moore, and Felix Moore; aunts and uncles, Louis and Mary Moore, Danny and Dianne Donald, and Tom McCartney; and his many-many cousins.

Pallbearers were Dusty Deere, Logan Moore, Seth McDuffie, Elliot Colvin, Harvey Nance, and Jason Waller. Honorary pallbearers were William “Uncle Bubba” Moore, Bentley Curry, Henry Rice, and Fred Moore, Jr.
