Graveside services for Hervie Roy Darling, 79, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Lynn Cemetery, Archibald, LA with Bro. Richard Robinson officiating under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mr. Hervie was born October 2, 1941 in Ruston, LA and passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in Rayville, LA.

Mr. Hervie is preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Darling; and his parents, Don and Myrtle Darling.

Survivors include his children, Tammy Bancroft and husband, Charles and Shannon Emfinger and husband, Robert; grandchildren, Brandi Fredrick, Nicholas Darling, Joshua Corey, and Caitlyn Corey; great grandchildren, Skylar Barkey, Mila Corey, Alice Fredrick, Liam Corey, and Maverick Hendry; siblings, Don Darling, Jr. and wife, LeAnn, Mary Elizabeth Gross, and Phyllis Scurria; and his numerous nieces and nephews.
