Hal D. Williams

Graveside services for Hal D. Williams, 96, of Delhi, LA were held at 1:30 PM, Friday, October 17, 2025 at the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Rayville, LA with Bro. Wayne Smart officiating under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Hal was born March 1, 1929 in Morton, MS and passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025 in West Monroe, LA.

Hal was a veteran with the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Fannie K. Williams; daughter, Martha Jo Williams; parents, William and Lidia Williams; sister, Jolene Suggs; and brothers, Cecil Williams, Red Williams, and Billy Williams.

Survivors include his children, Donald Williams (Lori), Linda Williams Goode (John Larry), and Dennis Williams (Janet); grandchildren, Donnie, Brad, Melissa, Jack, Phillip, Jonathan, Amy, Josh, Jennifer, Rachael, Meagan, and Lauren; numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews; special friends, Sheila Holmes, Shannon Horath, Misty Robinson, Hanna Pennington, and Rhonda Garrett.

Pallbearers were his grandsons, Donnie Williams, Brad Williams, Phillip Williams, Joshua Williams, Jack Goode, and Jonathan Williams.
