Funeral services for George Howard Franks, 80, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. Robert Stroud and Bro. Keith Stephens officiating. Interment was in the Greer Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mr. Howard was born August 29, 1943 in Pascagoula, MS and passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024 at his residence in Rayville, LA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Bertie Franks; and his elven siblings.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Allen Franks; children, Kevin Franks and wife, Carla, Michael Franks and wife, Jennifer, Keith Martin, and Kevin Martin and wife, Erin; 6-grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Huey Franks, Donnie Ray Franks, Casey Dove, Eddie Fay Conley, James Parker, Jr., and Randy Franks.
