Funeral services for Eunice Irene Curry, 76, of Rayville, LA were held at 11:00 AM, Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. John Skinner and Bro. Mark Parker officiating. Interment was in the New Salem Cemetery, Girard, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Eunice was born August 30, 1946 in Bastrop, LA and passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023 in Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Eunice enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Houston “Little Buddy” Curry; son, Oscar Ray Curry; brothers, Alvin Benjamin Primm and Jeffrey Lynn Primm; sister, Virginia Terry; and brother-in-law, Billy Johnson.

Survivors include her daughters, Ann Carr and husband, Paul of Epps, LA and Sue Frith and husband, James Ivie of Start, LA; grandchildren, Helana Carr of Epps, LA and Raelyn Carr of Epps, LA; siblings, Valarie Johnson, Lola Breaux, and Harley Primm and wife, Susan; and brother-in-law, Junior Terry.

Pallbearers were Michael Funderburk, Toney Overstreet, James Ivie, John Justice Kelly, Roy Kenley, and Charles Fung. Honorary pallbearer was Michael Hicks.
