Funeral services for Edward “Ed” Earl Clark, 81, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the First United Pentecostal Church, Rayville, LA with Bro. Stacy Thomas officiating. Interment was in the Greer Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mr. Ed was born December 6, 1941 in West Monroe, LA and passed away Friday, February 10, 2023 in Rayville, LA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Texia Clark; son, Buddy J. Garner; parents, C.B. and Pauline Clark; and brothers, Charles Clark, Clarence Clark, and Jimmy Clark; and first wife, Florine Clark.

Survivors include his children, Billie Garner and wife, Francis of Beaufort, SC, Jimmy Garner and wife, Janice of Collinston, LA, and Shelia Holmes and husband, Johnny of Rayville, LA; stepdaughter, Marie Hedin; brothers, Paul Clark and wife, Carolyn of Swartz and Richard Clark and wife, Katherine of Arlington, TX; sister, Suzie Clark of Apple Valley, CA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Wesley Holmes, Randy Johnson, Rusty Stuart, John Pippens, Jim Garner, and Devon Garner. Honorary pallbearer was Dale Martin.
