Douglas "Randy" Prine

Funeral services for Douglas “Randy” Prine, 59, of Oak Grove, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M., December 28, 2024, at Providence Church, in Lake Providence, LA with Bro. Don Boyett officiating. Burial will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, in the Vivian Cemetery, in Vivian, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, in Oak Grove, LA. 

Mr. Randy was born on October 7, 1965, in Gastonia, NC and passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, in Oak Grove, LA. He was a member of Providence Church, in Lake Providence, LA. He loved going mud riding and being with his family.  

Mr. Randy is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Prine; parents, Roy and Mildred Prine; brother; Dale Prine; nephew; Mickey Moon; and brother-in-law, Kenneth Moon.

Survivors include his son, Hunter Prine; sister-in-law, Bobbie Prine; nieces and nephews, Lelah Prine, Katie Tayler and husband, Johnathan, Chance Prine; great nieces and nephews, Payton, Mercy, and Victory; grandchildren; Hendrix Allen, Hazley Allen, Colson Fautheree, Kalleigh Eubanks, and Maggie Waller; sister-in-law, Karen Moody and husband, Carl; nephews; Shane Moody and wife, Michelle, Jeff Moody and wife, Nikki, Brandon Moody and wife, Jessica, and Tyler Moody and wife, Brittany; brother-in-law, Tommy Moon and wife, Lisa; nephews, Chad Moon and wife, Ashley; nieces, Tiffany Stone and husband, Patrick and Brandy Moon; great nephews, Junior Moon and wife, Anna; great niece; Selena Whatley and husband, Tyler.

Pallbearers are Kevin Allen, Christian Eubanks, Timothy Fautheree, Justin Waller, Michael Moon, Chase McKinney.

Honorary pallbearers are Chance Prine, Clay Hutchinson, Josh Hutchinson, Chandler Easterling, Josh Moore, Jacob Faircloth, Randy Bailey.

Visitation will be 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Providence Church, in Lake Providence, LA.
