Graveside services for Donald Ray Hendrix, 75, of Mer Rouge, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Monday, June 7, 2021 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery, Oak Ridge, LA with Dennis Scott speaking under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mr. Donald Ray was born February 6, 1946 in Holly Ridge, LA and passed away Friday, June 4, 2021 in Monroe, LA.

Mr. Donald Ray was a retired member of the 798 Pipeline Union and a Free Mason. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Alberta Hendrix; brother, Charles “Buddy” Hendrix; and his sister, Virginia Brister.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Pam Clack Hendrix; children, Donna Hendrix Evans and husband, Paul, Dawn Hendrix Mims and husband, Mick, Dianna Hendrix, Krystal Lowery and husband, William, and Charley Carter; grandchildren, Kraig Hunter, Raeleigh Hunter, Elizabeth Mims, Rachel Mims, Alyson Lowery, and Will “Bubba” Lowery; great grandchildren, Kameron Hunter, Kross Hunter, Jena Plauche`, and Krew Hendrix; sister, Louise Cater; and his numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Paul Evans, Mick Mims, Jerry “Sug” Clack, and William Lowery. Honorary pallbearers were Kameron Hunter, Kraig Hunter, and Will “Bubba” Lowery.
