Funeral services for David Scott Stephens, 47, of Monroe, LA was held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Pastor Robert Warren officiating under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mr. David was born May 21, 1972 in Winchester, TN and passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2020 in Monroe, LA after a lengthy illness.

Mr. David is preceded in death by his mother, Shelia Hawkins; grandparents, Morton and Rose Stephens; and his sister, Stacey Stephens.

Survivors include his wife, Michelle Stephens; father, Timothy Stephens and wife, Patsy; brother, Josh Stephens and wife, Amanda; children, Chase Stephens, Kylee Thames and husband, Massey, and Colby Ogden; mother and father-in-law, Leah and Tommy Williams; sister-in-law, Tammie Lee; and her grandson, Cotton Wade Thames.

Visitation was 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, Thursday at Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
