Funeral services for Christy Lynn Stansbury, 49, of west Monroe, LA were held at 12:00 PM, Monday, April 1, 2024 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with  Rev. Danny McIlveene and Sister Mary Mitchell officiating. Interment will be in the Rayville Masonic Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Christy was born August 29, 1974 in Monroe, LA and passed away Friday, March 29, 2024 in Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her father, Jackie Lee Wilson, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Jack and Norma Wilson; and maternal grandparents, Paul and Winnie Wilson.

Survivors include her children, Ricky Stansbury and wife, Kathryn of Monroe, LA, Lexi Stansbury of Delhi, LA, Cody Stansbury of Start, LA, and Kylie Nolan of West Monroe, LA; mother, Rhonda Wilson of Swartz, LA; grandchildren, Abel Stansbury and Alex Johnson; sisters, Paula Wilson of West Monroe, LA, Amy Wilson of West Monroe, LA, and Toni Ellis and husband Louis of Sterlington, LA; brother, Jackie Wilson, Jr. and wife, Miranda of Rayville, LA; companion, Christopher Nolan of West Monroe, LA; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Pallbearers were Jackie Wilson, Jr., Logan Phillips, Landon Phillips, Lance Phillips, Jaxon Wilson, and Marcus Bennett.
