Funeral services for Chelsea Denice Stephens, 28, of Rayville, LA were held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Rev. Cecil Herrington officiating. Interment followed in the Bethel Cemetery, Holly Ridge, LA.

Chelsea was born March 25, 1993 in Vicksburg, MS and passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021 in Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Teresa and Steve Stephens; grandfather, Willie Mercer; and her cousin, Chris Mercer.

Survivors include her sisters, Stephanie Stephens and Suzi Stephens; nephews, Robert Stephens and Bralian S. Matthews; grandmother, Ruth Mercer; and her numerous other family and friends.

Pallbearers were Donovan Mercer, Dylan Mercer, Robert Stephens, Clint Mercer, Steven Talbert, and Heath Kenly.
