Funeral services for Carolyn B. Phillips, 59, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 6, 2024 at Shady Grove Full Gospel Fellowship, Holly Ridge, LA with Bro. Ron Lowe officiating. Interment was in the Greer Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Carolyn was born January 11, 1965 in Monroe, LA and passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024 in Rayville, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Agnes Bradshaw and brother, Allen Dewayne Bradshaw.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Gary Phillips of Rayville, LA; children, April Phillips and husband, Kevin Summerland of Crossett, AR, and David Phillips of Rayville, LA; grandchildren, Korbin Summerland of Crossett, AR and Hadley Phillips of San Antonio, TX; siblings, Larry Bradshaw, Brenda Southall, Gene Bradshaw and wife, Donna, Lydia Bradshaw, and Andy Bradshaw and wife, Michelle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
