Funeral services for Bonnie Lee Prince, 63, of Hebert, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. Robert Barker officiating. Interment was in the Reeks Cemetery, Pioneer, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
Bonnie was born October 24, 1961 in Monroe, LA to the union of his parents, Lavelle and Doris Aaron Prince. He passed away at his home in Hebert, LA after an extended illness.
Bonnie loved gardening, his flowers, hunting running his rabbit dogs and fishing. He loved spending time and cooking for his family and friends. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, Aiden Prince and Pyper Daniels. Pyper was his world. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lavelle and Doris Prince; brother, Bill Prince; and nieces, Sarah Dove, MaKayla Prince, and Sorie Tyler; and his mother-in-law, Clothielde Robertson.
Left to cherish his memories is his wife of 14 years, Mary Prince; children, Brandon and Hannah Grubbs; Christopher and Patrick Prince; brothers, Mitchell Prince (Cheryl) and Mike Prince (Kathy); sisters, Kay Malone and Debbie Dove (Jay); stepbrothers, Danny McCready and Howard McCready (Jonnie); sisters-in-law, Annette Clark (Dale) and Patricia Robertson; father-in-law, Alfred Robertson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Austin Prince, Danny McCready, Keith Holley, Micheal Malta, Colton Holt, and Ronny Gibson.
Honorary pallbearer was Roger Rogers.
