Billy was preceded in death by his father, Earl Ray Frost; step-father, Calvin Roberson; brothers-in-law, Mitchell Silk and Barney Silk; mother-in-law, Vera Silk.

Survivors include his wife, Connie Frost; children, Julia Nicole Holman (John); Billy Ray Frost, Jr. (Laura); grandchildren, Iry Zell Holman; Colt Jaxon Frost; mother, Mae Roberson; siblings, Sammy Frost (Dale); Rebecca Frost Clark (Heath); brother-in-law, Kenneth Silk (Maggie); nieces and nephews, William Frost; Jessica Wylie; Kaitlyn Lenard; Caleb Lenard and numerous extended family members and friends.
