Audrey L. (Weeks) Williams

Funeral services for Audrey L. Williams, 86, of Start, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the Start Baptist Church, Start, LA with Bro. Jeff Thomas officiating. Interment followed in the Start Cemetery, Start, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mrs. Audrey was born October 13, 1932 in Swartz, LA and passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018 in Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Audrey enjoyed going fishing and was a fantastic cook. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Eunice Weeks and her granddaughter, Tracy Williams.

Survivors include her husband of 68 years, L.E. “Gene” Williams of Start, LA; sons, Larry Williams and wife, Angie of Hot Springs, AR and Tommy Williams and wife, Leah of Start, LA; sister, Helen Rainwater of Start, LA; 9-grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Daniel Powell, Virgil Brantley, and Freddy Murphy. Honorary pallbearers were the Start Baptist Church Senior Men's Sunday School Class
